Return policy

TL;DR: To initiate a return, fill out the Contact form and we'll take good care of you.

 

30-Day Returns

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To begin a return, please contact us through our Contact page and include:

  • Your Name, Email and Phone number
  • Your Order number
  • The reason for your return

We'll reply with return instructions.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • All original packaging and accessories must be included.
  • Screen protectors that have been removed from their backing or applied to a device cannot be returned.
  • Products showing signs of use or damage caused after delivery may not qualify for a refund.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to our error or a defective product covered under warranty, customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for higher-value orders, as we cannot issue refunds for items that are lost during return shipping.

Refunds

Once approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take several business days for the refund to appear.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our mistake or a defective product.


Exchanges

We accept exchanges if:

  • You received the wrong product.
  • The product is covered under our warranty.
  • You ordered the wrong model and contact us before returning the item.

If the exchange is due to an ordering mistake, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with the exchange.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the product and packaging whenever possible.

We'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
