Returning your order

Free return method:


1.Check that your product is completely new and in its original packaging (see conditions described above).
2.Place your order number, your email, your first and last name, as well as the reason for the return on a post-it or a white sheet, then insert everything in a bubble envelope.
3.Send your return request via our contact form indicating your wish for a refund or exchange for another reference.


Returning your product with a paid method:

If you prefer to return your package with tracking or confirmed receipt, you will need to pay for the return shipping costs. Please note that we do not recommend returns with confirmation of receipt due to the strict terms and conditions for receiving the package, which may significantly slow down the processing of your return.

If you are returning an item worth more than $60, it is strongly recommended that you use a trackable delivery service or purchase delivery insurance.

Reimbursement procedure

After examining your product and its packaging, we will determine whether your return is accepted or not. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued and automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few days. You will be refunded the amount corresponding to the price of the returned products. If your return is rejected, we will contact you to arrange for it to be returned or destroyed at your option. In the case of a return following a refusal of reimbursement, the shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns outside the USA and Canada : If you are returning a product from a country outside the USA, customs fees may be charged for the shipment. These fees will be deducted from the total amount of your refund.

If you haven't received your refund yet, check your bank account and then contact your bank. It may take 2-3 business days for your refund to show on your bank statement. Conditions and terms of exchange or replacement

We only accept exchanges in the following cases : if you made a mistake when choosing the product or if we sent you the wrong product by mistake or if the warranty product of one year is covering the exchange. For this, you must contact us by message. You must then send the item to be exchanged by courier using the free or paid method with tracking number of your choice.

If you received a damaged or defective item, you must contact us by message within 48 hours of receiving the product. Otherwise, the exchange will not be accepted.

If you wish to exchange the product for another item at the same price, please contact us using the contact form available at the following address: https://case.luxury/pages/contact. Then, please send the item to be exchanged by mail using the free or paid method with tracking number of your choice. Shipping charges will be applied for the exchange if the reference error is your responsibility.

If the returned product is not in perfect condition and shows signs of wear, the exchange can be refused and we will resend the product to you. In that case, the costs of returning the product are the responsibility of the buyer.

Items and accessories must be returned in their original packaging. The packaging of accessories should also not be torn (for example, a cleaning wipe for the screen protector). Returns will not be accepted if the screen protector has already been removed from its base or applied to the screen.
